I am writing this crazy blog hoping that part of my story will help one other teenager with Type One Diabetes, or one parent or one adult struggling with control.  After 20 years of Type One I no longer act like I have it all together, I am not afraid to ask for help or to be honest and let others know that this life is tough.  And finally, I am writing about it.  I am so grateful for all my life has been blessed with: amazing parents, the world’s greatest sister, a fabulous husband who is my biggest advocate and fan, many friends and family, health insurance and two healthy boys!  Here is my story with thanks to  you for reading it and for passing it along to someone who might need to feel like they are not alone.
